VENDOR PARITCIPATION INFORMATION
Welcome to our 55th Annual Stagecoach Days Event where we celebrate the City of Banning’s rich history of the old west.
Vendor spaces are, with a few exceptions, 10’ x 10’. ALL vendors must stay in their 10 x 10 space or they are taking space from their neighboring vendor. Most vendor spots are marked on a cement pad which only allows ten feet in width for each one. If there is a problem with your space, please contact a committee member on the grounds immediately.
All vendor spaces must be kept clean and free of trash and debris throughout the event. Trash containers are available for your use. Do not leave food or trash exposed over night. Small animals or flies can be a problem if left unattended.
Vehicles are to be moved from the vendor area to the designated parking area after unloading and prior to the event opening! No vehicles, without the chairman’s permission (unless a special circumstance) are allowed in the vendor area during opening hours of the event. VEHICLES LEFT IN THE VENDOR AREA AFTER THE EVENT STARTS ARE SUBJECT TO BE TOWED AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE.
If for any reason you want to leave the park during the event, please take your pass with you so that you can get back into the park. If you need additional passes, please let the vendor committee know and they will get them for you. Vendors will be given 3 passes (in their packet). Any additional passes can be purchased for $10.00 each.
Food Vendors will only be allowed to sell what is on their original application.
There will be a Riverside County Department of Health inspector on site and will inspect each food vendor booth for compliance. Any booth that the inspector deems to be unacceptable, will not be permitted to participate as a food vendor (NO EXCEPTIONS)
DO NOT AT ANYTIME, BLOCK FIRE LANES OR ROADS
All refundable deposits will be refunded on Sunday evening at the close of the event.
Any questions or concerns regarding any part of the Stagecoach Days Celebration, please contact any one of the committee members.
We thank you in advance for participating in our annual celebration and hope that everyone has an enjoyable and profitable event!
